I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media of the participant to be taken during this event or activity. I understand that the organization may use these images or recordings for educational, informational, promotional, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, presentations, and reports.

I acknowledge that these materials may be used without compensation and may be edited, copied, or distributed in any medium now known or later developed. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use. I release and hold harmless the organization, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims related to the use of these images or recordings.

SUMMIT WAIVER

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Student drivers are not allowed.
- AWSL does not supervise students outside scheduled summit sessions.
- AWSL staff are present only during official, published program activities.
- Travel to and from the event is the responsibility of the student’s school, family, or the student.
- Lodging arrangements are the responsibility of the school or family.
- Off-site activities, including meals and free time, are not supervised by AWSL.
- Supervision responsibility rests with the school, designated chaperones, parents/guardians, as applicable.
- I understand that participation in this event may involve risks, including travel-related and off-site risks, and I accept responsibility for those risks on behalf of my student.
- I release AWSL, WSPEF, AWSP, their staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability related to travel, lodging, and activities outside scheduled summit sessions. I have read and understand this acknowledgment and release.
